Quote forms collect name, phone, email, property address, service needed, property type, preferred start/urgency, and message so Superb can respond to your request. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (the hosting platform that receives the POST, stores the submission, and emails Superb’s notification address). Superb uses that information only to reply to your inquiry and related service follow-up. We do not sell your information to third-party lead buyers.
We do not invent or publish fixed data-retention periods here. Ask sales@superbinc.ca if you need details about how long a specific submission is kept, or to request access/correction/deletion where applicable.
We do not load non-essential analytics until a GA4 property is configured for this domain with Mike’s measurement ID. If analytics are added later, a consent choice will be required under PIPEDA-aligned practice.
